Growing up in In High School, Tom was a freshman on the Morristown Beard Crimson Mennen Cup Champs (1982-83) and Sophomore year (1983-84) lead the MCSSHIL in scoring. Junior Year (1984-85) he was the catalyst for underdog Whippany Park Wildcats Mennen Cup Championship and Senior Year (1985-86) scored 4 goals in the one game versus Delbarton to hand them their first loss and only 15th Goal against in the season. Tom went on to the County College of Morris in 1987 where he was Captain in 1988-89 while helping lead them to the MCHC Championship and was selected as a Junior College All American Second Team by the National Junior College Athletic Association in March 1989.the Whippany section of Hanover TWP., Tom’s love of Ice Hockey began with the good fortune of living close to the sparkling new Mennen Sports Arena and Danny Michaels Ice Palace in Florham Park. The Mennen Hockey School in 1977 was the launching point of his hockey career. He starred for Hanover Rec., Essex County Chiefs, Montclair Blues and NJ Rockets.

Tom was named Head Coach at Hanover Park Regional in 1995 and has amassed 316 victories in 29 seasons including 7 HAAS Cup Titles. Daily Record Coach of the year 2000 and Star Ledger Coach of the Year in 2011. Well known for building the Park Hockey brand of hard work and grit, often doing “more with less” (depth) with passion, hard work and team building while showing compassion for his players both on and off ice with emphasis on life-skills and lessons. Tom is a hockey lifer, he runs off ice dryland training sessions to help
young players’ core strength, particular with their shooting skills. He is a respected Advertising Account Executive in NJ for 30 years, a loving husband of Karen Paskert Levis and father to amazing daughters, Julia Elizabeth and Samantha Taylor, who have proven to be outstanding young ladies, student athletes and remarkable citizens.

   · 3 Years as a Volunteer Assistant Coach at Hanover Park Regional 1992-1995, while serving as Hanover Rec Bantam Head Coach
   · 29 seasons at Hanover Park Regional with 11 HAAS Cup Final appearances in 20 Years with 7 Titles
