Anthony LoBianco is a dedicated hockey coach, entrepreneur, and family man whose passion for the game has shaped both his professional and personal life. As the head coach at Marist University, he brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and technical knowledge to his program, helping develop student-athletes both on and off the ice. Known for his disciplined yet motivating coaching style, LoBianco has earned recognition as a Level 5-certified coach, reflecting his deep commitment to excellence and continued growth in the sport.

Beyond his role at Marist, LoBianco is the founder and owner of PowerPlay Hockey, a training company focused on skill development and performance enhancement for aspiring players. Through this venture, he has mentored countless athletes, emphasizing fundamentals, work ethic, and confidence.

LoBianco’s hockey journey began during his standout career at Brick High School. As a senior captain, he demonstrated leadership and determination, earning accolades as an All-State and All-Shore player. His offensive talent was evident early on, as he was named Offensive Rookie of the Year. He went on to make history by recording 176 career points, the most ever at Brick Memorial High School, solidifying his legacy as one of the program’s top players.

Off the ice, Anthony is a devoted husband to Taylor LoBianco and a proud father to his son, Anthony Joseph LoBianco. He is also a caring brother to his four sisters—Makayla, Giavonna, Madison, and Alayna—valuing the strong family foundation that has supported him throughout his life. Above all, Anthony’s mother, Brenda, has been his greatest source of support and inspiration, and he has always played the game in honor of her, carrying that motivation with him throughout his career.
